How does it work?
We deliver superfast broadband using our proprietary microwave broadband network. We install a small radio aerial, about the size of a sandwich box, to enable you to receive our microwave broadband service. We usually paint the aerial so that it is unobtrusive.
Telephone based broadband (ADSL)
We can supply broadband using telephone lines (commonly known as ADSL) however the download and upload speeds are dependent upon the quality of the telephone line at your premises and your distance from the nearest BT exchange. What does it cost?
The service is priced based on the speed and data usage you would like. Our most economical service provides 10Mb/s speed with a data allowance of 6GB, the table below shows all the options available:

Are there any other charges?
For our microwave radio service there is a charge for installing a radio aerial and supplying a router. The standard charge is £350 (inclusive of VAT) but from time to time we have special offers on the installation. Alternatively, it is possible to rent the aerial and router for £20 per month (again we run offers on this too) but you would have to sign up to a minimum of 1 year's contract. The installation charge includes the cost of a survey (which is not charged if we can not install the service), an aerial, microwave radio, cabling, wired router and labour.
For our ADSL service there is an installation charge of £69.99 which includes the supply of a wireless router.
